Where you enter your details via our “Keep Informed” link, Sky Creative Agency (a brand name of Sky UK Limited, the data controller) will use the email address you provide for the purpose of keeping you up to date with news and opportunities at Sky Creative Agency. We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting creative.agency@sky.uk or clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of any regular email.
Where you communicate with us or enter your details via our contact forms, we will use the information you provide (including your name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to include) on the basis of our legitimate interests in interacting with you about news, updates, or opportunities at Sky Creative Agency and responding to you about any questions or queries you may have. Please think carefully before providing any special category data or data relating to criminal convictions. Please note that if you apply for a role or opportunity at Sky Creative Agency, the Privacy Notice available on the Sky Careers website in the application journey will apply to the processing of your personal data. Where you are a customer of Sky or another Sky brand or interact with another Sky entity, the Privacy Notice of that Sky brand or entity will apply to the processing of your data.
We will retain your data in line with our Data Retention and Destruction Policy, meaning that the data will typically be held for up to for up to 7 years after you have unsubscribed or your interactions with us have ceased. We keep this information for business, legal and regulatory purposes, which include demonstrating compliance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018.
