About this role

Viz designers use the real-time 3D software VizRT to build and support live graphics across Sky Sports, Sky Sports News and Sky News, from simple on-screen graphics to complex virtual studios. They are responsible not only for realising solutions that are consistent with the design supplied but also for ensuring sound technical and operational performance. A good all-round knowledge of a live broadcast environment is essential, along with 3D animation skills, and, although Viz is the primary design and playout platform, Viz designers are expected to maintain an in-depth knowledge of other design tools, design trends and playout technologies.
