It took until the final minutes of the final match, for Jamal Musiala to seal Bayern’s last championship in true “Sergio Agueroooooo” style.
So after a nail-biting end to last year, we needed to build fresh excitement for the new season ahead and to show German football fans that the only place they can stream the quantity and quality of the football they love, is on WOW!

To do this we combined the 4x most important competitions to our audience; first and second division Bundesliga, the DFB Pokal and the Premier League, and demonstrated in broadcast and print that nothing kicks more than WOW.
Our TV spot emphasised all the emotional thrills and spills that could be expected on and off the pitch, while localised OOH in 9x key cities drove relevance for loyal fans. A fold out schedule in Kicker magazine provided a season-long touchpoint for dedicated supporters, and even Dusseldorf’s club captain Andre Hoffman couldn’t resist posing with his version of our print layout!
